PRODUCT WARRANTY TERMS

In accordance with European legislation, all mobile items have a 2-year warranty from receipt of the product by the user.
Eco Kallis products undergo quality control before being packaged and sent to users.
In the event of a defect in products upon receipt or use, it is essential that the product is sent to our facilities to validate the defect and decide on the procedure to be taken, be it replacement of the product, refund of the amount paid or verification of damage. use. Damage resulting from falls, inappropriate use, accidents or contact with chemical agents that could cause damage to materials is excluded. If repairs are not possible within the warranty conditions, we will provide the same or similar part of equivalent value, at no additional cost. To activate the warranty, contact Customer Support.
The cost of sending the product for evaluation is the responsibility of the user, who will be reimbursed if there is a defect in the product's manufacturing. However, if Eco Kallis concludes, after evaluation, that the problem is due to misuse by the user, this cost will not be refunded to the user, and the user is also responsible for shipping costs for the item if they wish to recover it. .
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from daily or excessive use. Additionally, it loses its validity if the product has been repaired by third parties not authorized by Eco Kallis.
In the event of a defect in the manufacture of products, whether upon receipt or during use, it is essential to send them to our facilities for a quality inspection and a subsequent decision on product replacement, refund or other solution.
If the user purchases one of our pieces knowing that the value was reduced due to a manufacturing defect, the return will not be accepted or any refund made.

Orders confirmed from Monday to Thursday until 17:00 GMT (Mainland Portugal time) are processed on the same day and shipped the following day via registered CTT.
Orders confirmed on Fridays, Sundays and holidays are processed on the next business day and shipped that same day via registered CTT.
After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is generally:

PACKAGING
The products to be shipped are carefully packaged and packaged, ensuring that they arrive at the delivery location in perfect condition, always considering customer satisfaction.
RECEPTION
It is the user's responsibility to check their orders as soon as they receive them, and to make the necessary notes on the condition of the packaging in the respective register. Without the appropriate notes, the order cannot be subject to a complaint with Eco Kallis. Verification of the condition of the product is considered carried out after signing the registration.
CONTENT ERROR IN ORDER
Upon receipt of the order, the customer must, through the means of communication available on the website, complain about any non-conformity of the product(s), indicating the reference, the invoice number and the reason for dissatisfaction. This complaint must be made within a maximum period of 24 hours after receiving the order. Complaints outside these deadlines or not made in accordance with the rules above will not be accepted by Eco Kallis.
TRANSPORTATION DAMAGE
Eco Kallis assumes responsibility for return and reshipping costs if the order is damaged during transport. In this case, the exchange must be made for the same item. If the customer wishes to exchange for a different item, the return and new shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
The packaging used for shipped products is standard Eco Kallis packaging, with self-adhesive tape placed in the opening location, guaranteeing inviolability until the destination. When receiving a product, the customer tacitly certifies that the packaging is sealed. If the packaging is damaged or in poor condition, the customer must refuse receipt, immediately informing Eco Kallis through the means available in the online store, mentioning the order number and description of the defect detected.
RETURN, EXCHANGE AND CANCELLATION POLICY
DEVOLUTION
Our users have up to 14 days from the date of receipt of the merchandise to return the product purchased from Eco Kallis. After this period, it will not be possible to return the merchandise.
To guarantee eligibility for a Refund resulting from Exchange (for merchandise of lower value) and/or Cancellation, the merchandise must be unused, in proper conditions of use, in its complete original packaging and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
The Exchange will be refused by Eco Kallis whenever the Return does not comply with the rules described here.

REPLACEMENT

CANCELLATION

REFUND POLICY

We recommend that when sending merchandise for Cancellation (for merchandise already processed) or for Exchange (for merchandise of lower value), send it with registration and tracking to ensure that the package to be returned arrives safely at Eco Kallis.
Upon receipt and approval of the returned merchandise, Eco Kallis will reimburse the user for the amount corresponding to payment for the order, minus the amounts that are the user's responsibility. Are they:
