Order processing
It takes place on working days in the Portuguese national calendar.
Orders confirmed from Monday to Thursday until 17:00 GMT (Mainland Portugal time) are processed on the same day and shipped the following day via registered CTT.
Orders confirmed on Fridays, Sundays and holidays are processed on the next business day and dispatched via registered CTT.
After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is generally:
- Mainland Portugal: 1 – 3 business days
- Mainland Spain: 1 – 3 business days
- Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands: Delivery outside Portugal is made by the postal service of the country where the postcards are delivered.
